CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

We hired Gisele Brierley of Actual
Translations for two weeks of interpreting. Gisele's brief was two
spend two weeks with myself and a colleague from Brazil, working on
various product development projects.

During the two weeks we met with several important customers many of
which were Directors of Companies. The field we were working in was new
to Gisele yet with no hesitation she could communicate between all
parties at all levels in an exemplary manner. Gisele had the ability to
listen and interpret at a very high standard and I was confident that
all discussions were clearly understood between all parties. Many terms
used were of a Technical nature and some inherent to our industry;
however Gisele would communicate with my Brazilian colleague in order
to ensure the correct terms were being used and understood. Gisele
spent the whole two weeks with us that was a challenge in itself, yet
at no point did Gisele struggle or show any sign of difficulty with the
task in hand.

I have no doubt that Gisele has all the required skills and knowledge
to be able to adapt in various situations. We will certainly be using
her skills in the future.
